What is mediation?
Court proceedings can be costly, and are a distraction, diverting time and resources from your real business.
Mediation is the leading form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and is fast growing in popularity as an alternative to the potentially expensive and unpredictable litigation route. With 80% or more of mediations settling on the day or soon afterwards the financial benefits of mediation are clear.
A good mediator can make a real difference
Our mediators have been specially trained in mediation and ADR techniques to help parties resolve their disputes, and act as a facilitator in the mediation process, which is voluntary, non-binding, confidential and without prejudice. Each has a solid commercial background and extensive experience of mediation.

What do we charge?
We will quote you an inclusive fee per party for the mediator's time which reflects the value and/or nature of the dispute. We do not charge an arrangement fee but for an additional small administration fee you will be able to use our on-line mediation platform to help manage on-line communication and the exchange of information before the mediation itself via our secure and confidential website. If this facility is used we will not make any additional charge for the mediators time. Terms and conditions
