HALLIWELLS ADVISES M J QUINN ON SECONDARY BUYOUT

Law firm Halliwells has successfully advised Liverpool-based M J Quinn Integrated Services and its management team on a multi million pound secondary buyout backed by investment from Zeus Private Equity.

Halliwells' equity team for the transaction was led by Liverpool based Corporate Partner, Craig Scott with assistance from Associate, James Pochin.

The deal was structured by the Manchester office of investment bank, Altium whose team was led by Simon Lord and David Foreman. The investment team of Zeus was led by Gary Tipper and Ed Fazakerley.

M J Quinn Integrated Services was founded in 1979 as an Electrical service provider and has developed into a well established and successful Mechanical, Electrical and Building services operation with over 25 years experience in the industry from its operational bases in Liverpool and London.
