Halliwells advises Rippleffect on its sale to Trinity Mirror
Law firm Halliwells has advised Rippleffect Studio Limited, an award winning online web design and development agency on the sale of the business to Trinity Mirror plc.
Rippleffect has been acquired for an initial consideration of £3.2 million plus a deferred consideration of up to £2.6 million which is wholly conditional on the achievement of specified operating targets over the next three years.
Halliwells' team was led by partner and head of Liverpool office Jonathan Brown and associate Matt Noon.
Rippleffect Studio Limited is expected to generate revenues of around £3 million in its first year of ownership.
