Halliwells Banks Restaurant Deal

Law firm Halliwells has advised Altium Capital in its capacity as nomad and broker to Bank Restaurant Group Plc on the acquisition of Individual Restaurant Company Ltd.

Halliwells' corporate team comprised partner Frank Shephard and solicitor Lisa Stavropoulos.

Bank Restaurant Group, which owns the Bank and Zinc Bar & Grill restaurants, has acquired the Individual Restaurant Company in a reverse takeover valued at £40.7m. The move will give Bank control of the Piccolino and Restaurant Bar & Grill brands. It will also rename itself the Individual Restaurant Company.
