They can also provide expert advice and assistance on all aspects of administrative receiverships, administrations, liquidations and corporate voluntary arrangements. The group is home to specialists in corporate workouts and in advising banks, other lenders and corporates on debt and security re-structuring issues. The Group also includes a specialist national Finance Litigation and Recovery team whose work covers a broad range of disputes and contentious regulatory matters arising out of retail, corporate and investment banking transactions, asset management and asset based lending.
